running well in sngs this weekend. Going to try and make a run at the sng leaderboard this week. Sunday Warm up just started so would like to go deep in that. Haven't played it in a couple of weeks. anyway,, gl me

milestone

About to reach 1,000 sngs on Stars for the year. Not a big deal but a milestone for me. I have a %38 roi with around $4500 in profit which is pretty descent i think. Anyway, still grinding out the turbos. Haven't had much time to put in any mtts. probably won't be able to play any this weekend either.

haven't been playing much lately. Too busy with work and other crap. Finally playing a little bit today. hopefully i can win something. update later

just finished up a $70 short handed tourny. Finished 8th for 430. i thought for sure I was getting at least 2nd. Calling station at my table raises 3x from button with 77. i call with j 8 suited. flop 56j. im allin for 50k he calls and rivers the 7, gg me.

ran bad yesterday....

It seems like everytime I make a cash out I get my ass whipped for a few days after. Anway, ran horrible yesterday. I think my aces held 1 out of 10. Same with kk. No use in whining. Today I'll be playing the 20k and the Warm up. Probably throw in some sngs

descent score....

Finished 3rd in the 8 rebuy for about $3400. I was dominating with about 18 to go. Was CL with almost a million chips. Then I didn't get a hand for about 45 min until we hit the FT. I was 7/9 with about 400k. I got very lucky in one spot with k10>kq. if it wasnt for that hand I would've went out 5th or 6th.

I got sucked into the cash game black hole again.....learned my lesson again. No more CASH!!!! I would have a 50k BR right now if it wasnt for cash games. Anyway, time to get back into to tourny mode and keep improving my game which sucks btw. In the 8 rebuy and and about to start up the 20k along with a bunch of mtt sngs

why cash games are so tempting....

Got home from work last night and played a few $12 180 man. Was 2/11 in my last game and shoved k8 into qq so gg me. That kind of pissed me off so I decided to jump into 1/2 nl game. Sat down with $200 and left 13 minutes later with 600. I used to play a lot of cash but I can't deal with the big swings .

finally out of slump...

Played several sngs today. Won a 18 man $27 and shipped a 180 man $12 for 600 which helped get me unstuck for the weekend. Anyway, weekend is over and back to work which sucks.

playing the $22 HU ,20 rebuy and just got busted out of the 50k. 45k gtd. is about to fire up
4th in chips in the 20 rebuy now with 160 to go
finished 19th in the hu for like $50 . The guy I was matched up with was horrible. Going allin on every hand. Anyway, itm in the 20 rebuy.
finished 55th for $85 or so. My late game is so horrible. Really need some tips if anyone can help
In a 20 tourny now, just got in the money 20/89 , let's see if I can't get a little deeper in this one. Making a few adjustments late, hopefully it works out

Going to play the 50k and the 55k tonight on stars. Let's see if I can't make something happen tonight. Went out early in the 50k, decided not to play the 55k.

running bad today.....

Can't seem to make it click today. Haven't played much and just cant find the motivation to play right now. Going to put in a full day tomorrow and hopefully get something going.

Figured I would start a blog to get some help on my game and to just throw random thoughts. Anyway, I started playing on PS exclusively this year and has been going well. Need a lot of work on my mtt game though. I have been destroying the turbos from $12 180 man to $60 45 man. I've only played 3 of the 60's but finished 2nd in my first one and 3rd in my third one. I'll post my sharkscope stats on here tomorrow. Today hasn't been that great. Down a few hundo. Im in the 25k gtd. on Stars right now about to hit the money so hopefully i'll run deep in that to get me back up for the day. Ended up finishing 88/810 for like $100 which sucked but oh well. AK < jj
